I am a fourth-year Ph.D. student in Computer Science at the University of Maryland, Baltimore County (UMBC), and advised by Dr. Sanorita Dey. My research lies at the intersection of human-centered AI and social computing. I design, build, and study AI-assisted systems that support learning, reflection, and positive user experiences.

My current research examines communication in asynchronous AI interview systems and explores how these systems can be designed to enhance applicants’ agency, trust, and overall recruitment experience. I also investigate how AI-assisted systems can support reflection, learning, and collaboration.
